JUST FLOAT!

Float Therapy
Float therapy, also known as sensory deprivation or isolation tank therapy, involves floating in a tank filled with a solution of water and Epsom salt. The water is heated to skin temperature, and the high salt concentration allows individuals to float effortlessly. The tank is designed to minimize sensory input, providing a weightless and soundproof environment.
The goal of float therapy is to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and mental well-being. Supporters of float therapy believe that the absence of external stimuli allows for a deep state of relaxation, potentially offering benefits such as reduced muscle tension, improved sleep, and enhanced mental clarity. It’s often used as a form of alternative therapy for relaxation and stress relief.
